from Utrecht University

Johan van Leeuwen, PhD researcher at Utrecht University was our guest from January 6 to January 27, 2020.
On January 21 he gave a SFB 1313 lecture on "Biodegradation of contaminants in the saturated subsurface".

Felix Weinhardt, SFB 1313 doctoral researcher (research project C04: "Control-volume-based approaches to model flow and transport in fractured/fracturing porous media including biological and chemical pore-space alteration") had the great pleasure to interview Johan van Leeuwen about his research interest, about his career steps, about his favorite micoorganisam and about his beer brewery skills. It was fun having you here, Johan!
