Interview with Avihai Tsinober

Simon Emmert, SFB 1313 doctoral researcher (research project C04) had the great pleasure to interview Avihai Tsinober, doctoral researcher at the faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering (Technion – Israel Institute of Technology). He stayed at LH2, the Department of Hydromechanics and Modelling of Hydrosystems (University of Stuttgart), from 15th February to 4th March 2019 and had the possibility to meet our SFB 1313 researchers and to discuss with them his research challenges. In his dissertation, Avihai Tsinober is researching "The role of groundwater motion and hydrodynamic dispersion in the dissolution of CO2 in saline aquifers".

During the interview, we get to know about Avihai's research focus, why he is interested in porous media and what he expected from his research stay at LH2.
