You don’t know exactly what to study after your graduation? You are considering a
course of studies in the field of natural sciences or engineering but you need more
information for your decision? We offer you a TryScience Workshop to gain an insight
into three different areas: environmental engineering, mathematics and Simulation
Technologies.

Immerse yourself in the world of porous media

SFB 1313 participates at TryScience and offers a workshop called “Environmental
Engineering, Mathematics and SimTech”. It gives an exclusive insight view in different
disciplines and research areas and explains how the combination of experiments and
simulations help to understand complex processes in the research of porous media. You gain an insight into the current SFB 1313 work at the Institute of Applied Analysis and Numerical Simulation and the Institute for Modelling Hydraulic and Environmental
Systems. Try science!

Date: 29th October 2018
Location: Campus Vaihingen, Pfaffenwaldring 61, U1.003 (MML)
Time: 1:30 pm – 5 pm
