During the University's Annual Celebration on 16th November 2018, Prof. Michael Celia, professor at Princeton University and member of SFB 1313's Advisory Board, will be receiving an honorary doctorate. The Department of Hydromechanics and Modelling of Hydrosystems will kick off the celebrations with a colloquium entitled From theory to applications - key questions and solution strategies for bridging the gap in porous-media research.
